Theo pulls my hand and drags me out the back door and towards the pool. He stops and turns to look at me, checking me over. “Are you okay?” he asks, his eyes full of concern. “Physically, yes,” I nod. “What is happening?” “I have no idea but Deacon is not himself and now he has done something to Mason,” Theo says, looking back towards the house.
